The NEBOSH National General Certificate is a qualification aimed at safety officers and anyone with responsibility for Health and Safety at work. It is not a qualification purely for Health and Safety specialists. No previous Health and Safety knowledge is required.
The course aims to ensure that safety requirements are appreciated by people employed as line managers, and to enable them to review their own departmental systems for safety, introducing new controls or implementing changes as appropriate to ensure safety in the workplace.
The Edexcel Level 2 BTEC Award in CCTV Operative (Public Space Surveillance) has been developed to meet the training and licensing requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA), which regulates the sector under the terms of the Private Security Industry Act 2001.
The course is intended for those who wish to enter the Close Protection industry. It conforms to the requirements of the national SIA registration scheme and is accredited by Edexcel, and recognised by the SIA .

The RIPH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is designed principally for those who are, or intend to be, food handlers within the catering and hospitality industry.
The RIPH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering qualification is designed principally for those who are, or intend to be, supervisors of food handlers within the catering and hospitality industry. The outcomes of the qualification have been designed to ensure that supervisors are aware of their role in the implementation of food safety procedures at all stages of food preparation and service.
The RIPH Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering qualification is designed principally for senior staff and those who are managers of food handlers in a food business within the catering and hospitality industry. The outcomes of the qualification have been designed to ensure that managers are aware of their role in the establishment of food safety procedures.
